I was featured in an article of the October 24th issue of Back Stage West
called “Taste Test” where the paper sent the same two actors to four different photographers and then critiqued their work. Here are some excerpts from the article:
“…Rose’s photo of Blish was lauded across the board as her best headshot – and the one
likely to get her the most work.”
“He was there for us in a pinch, and that says something…he’s definitely your guy if you need your photos ASAP.”
“Rose strongly believes that actors need to look like their headshots. “It’s not about
glamour, it’s about capturing the personality,” he said. “Otherwise you think you’re bringing in one thing and another walks in the door, and whether it’s better or worse, it’s
not what you wanted.””
